Brand Work

Working with brands is at the heart of what I do. I create exclusive, bespoke, creative and original campaigns for blue chip brands, with companies such as Sainsbury’s, Sony, Tate & Lyle, Sarson’s and Total Greek Yoghurt to name but a few.

With the platform of the very strong and trusted brand image of My Daddy Cooks, I create content which showcases brands and which their followers on social media will want to share. I produce unique video content for brands, develop signature recipes and host exclusive cookery schools for brands.

All these campaigns reflect the core values of My Daddy Cooks – a strong sense of family, food at the heart of our family lives and foolproof recipes which everyone will be confident to make with the family and eat with their family.

I have also done a lot of work with charities and my first consideration before agreeing to take on a project is always whether it will be creatively stimulating and rewarding, not if it is lucrative.

Festivals and food demos

I absolutely love cooking at food festivals – and my children do too! They get up on stage with me and, in spite of the ensuing chaos, I always manage to put on a good show and present great recipes for the audience to enjoy. I have cooked in front of 50 people and in front of 5000 people, at small food festivals and large outdoor summer events. I am also the patron of the Hitchin Food Festival.
